Interface Adjustments & Settings

Potentiometer Adjustment: The output signal changes of the three interfaces (7 to 9) are adjusted by the potentiometer.

FG/FG*3 Feedback: Configure based on actual motor feedback times. No jumper cap is a single times FG; adding the jumper cap sets it to 3 times FG*3. The same logic applies to the CW/CCW jumper settings.

3. Governor Parameter Settings
(1) Frequency Setting
Before power-on, press and hold touch switch 1. Turn on power to the governor board, then release the button when "FEQ:20K" displays on the screen. Touch switch 1 to decrease the frequency or touch switch 2 to increase. The factory default is 20KHz.
(2) Number of Poles Setting
Before power-on, hold down both touch switch 1 and touch switch 2. Turn on the power and release the buttons when the screen shows "number of poles: 1 polarity". Touch switch 1 to decrease and touch switch 2 to increase. The factory default is 1 pole.
(3) Feedback Setting
The FG/FG*3 pin is used to set the feedback multiple. Configure according to whether the feedback multiplier of the motor is single times FG or three times FG. Adding the jumper cap sets it to 3 times FG, leaving it off sets it to single times FG.
(4) Direction Setting
The CW/CCW pin configures the initial starting direction of the motor. Adjust based on whether the motor runs CW or CCW when the direction control line is suspended. Add the jumper cap for CCW; leave it off for CW.
Main Display Parameters

The main screen displays the input voltage, speed, frequency, and duty cycle. The motor speed reading requires the correct configuration of both the FG/FG*3 feedback multiplier and the pole count.

4. Governor Precautions
(1) Wiring Polarity Warning
The positive and negative power supply lines must be connected correctly in accordance with the instructions. Do not reverse them, as it will burn the governor board.
(2) Controller Interface Match
The governor must only be used to match motors that share the compatible control interfaces specified above.
(3) Input Voltage Limit
The five control ports (5 to 9) cannot accept input voltages higher than 5V.
