Potentiometer Adjustment: The output signal changes of the three interfaces (7 to 9) are adjusted by the potentiometer.
FG/FG*3 Feedback: Configure based on actual motor feedback times. No jumper cap is a single times FG; adding the jumper cap sets it to 3 times FG*3. The same logic applies to the CW/CCW jumper settings.
The main screen displays the input voltage, speed, frequency, and duty cycle. The motor speed reading requires the correct configuration of both the FG/FG*3 feedback multiplier and the pole count.
A: The governor operates within a DC 5V-28V range with a maximum rated current of 2A. For higher current demands, bypass the governor by connecting the motor's power lines directly to the main power source.
A: Press and hold switch 1, power on the board, and release when the screen displays "FEQ:20K". You can then use switch 1 to decrease and switch 2 to increase the frequency. The factory setting is 20KHz.
A: Before powering on the board, hold down both switch 1 and switch 2 simultaneously. Power up the unit and release the buttons when the screen reads "number of poles: 1 polarity". Adjust using switch 1 (-) and switch 2 (+). The default setting is 1 pole.
A: This setting is controlled by the FG/FG*3 pin. Keep the jumper cap off for a single-times feedback signal (FG), or add the jumper cap to configure it for three-times feedback (FG*3).
A: The control interfaces 5 through 9 are sensitive signals and must never exceed a maximum input voltage of 5V, or damage will occur.
A: Yes. Reversing the positive and negative power connections will render the unit inoperable and immediately burn the internal circuitry.
