2. Wiring & Function Description
  • 1 Governor and motor power supply positive input.
  • 2 Governor and motor power input negative.
  • 3 The positive output of the power supply of the motor.
  • 4 Negative output of the power supply of the motor.
  • 5 High/low level output of positive/negative rotation control (high level 5V, low level 0V), controlled by touch switch 2 (F/R), default is high level.
  • 6 High/low level output of brake control (high level 5V, low level 0V), controlled by touch switch 1 (BRA), power-on default is high level.
  • 7 Analog voltage output (0~5V), suitable for motors accepting analog voltage speed regulation.
  • 8 PWM1 reverse output, suitable for motors accepting PWM speed regulation (speed is inversely proportional to duty cycle).
  • 9 PWM2 forward output, suitable for motors accepting PWM speed regulation (speed is proportional to duty cycle).
  • 5-9 The output signal changes of these three interfaces (7, 8, 9) are adjusted by the potentiometer.

Note: FG/FG*3 should be configured with a jumper cap based on actual motor feedback times: no jumper cap is single times FG, with a jumper cap is 3 times FG*3. The same applies to CW/CCW.
3. Governor Parameter Settings
(1) Frequency setting
Before power-on, press and hold touch switch 1. Turn on the power and wait until the screen displays "FEQ:20K", then release the button. Touch switch 1 to decrease, and touch switch 2 to increase. The factory default is 20KHz.
(2) Number of poles setting
Before power-on, press and hold both touch switch 1 and touch switch 2. Turn on the power and wait until the screen shows "number of poles: 1 polarity", then release the buttons. Touch switch 1 to decrease, and touch switch 2 to increase. The factory default is 1 pole.
(3) Feedback setting
In the configuration layout, the FG/FG*3 pin sets the feedback multiple. Add the jumper cap for 3 times FG, and remove it for single times FG.
(4) Direction setting
The CW/CCW pin configures the initial direction state of the motor when the direction control line is suspended. CCW is active with the jumper cap added, and CW is active without the jumper cap.
Main Screen Display
The main screen displays four key metrics: Input Voltage, Speed, Frequency, and Duty Cycle. To display speed correctly, the FG/FG*3 and pole number must be configured properly.
4. Important Precautions

The positive and negative power supply of the governor must be connected correctly according to the instructions. Do not reverse the connections, otherwise the governor will not work and may burn out.

The governor is designed specifically to match motors that utilize the control interfaces specified above.

The five ports numbered 5 to 9 must not be accessed with voltages exceeding 5V.
